QY70KS truck crane is one vehicle type specially used in Russian area launched by our company. On the basis of classic and mature K series products, QY50KS truck crane installs system heating facilities, and thus strengthening its low temperature adaptability and making it better satisfy area's special use requirements. Meanwhile, It configures European IV engine and can satisfy discharge standard requirements in Russian area.
QY70KS applies four-axle chassis, full dimension luxurious driving cab with large view and new operation cab, making the whole crane look beautiful. Five-section U shape boom and two-section lattice jib with inner covered double-independent winch and external meshed rotary mechanism. Open system, main pump applies variable displacement pump plus auxiliary constant displacement pump. To satisfy different requirements, hoist mechanism applies variable displacement motor while swing mechanism applies constant displacement motor. Load sensitive system can improve work efficiency. Computer integration control technology supports multi-work condition detection function, making its usage more safe. The whole crane arranges reasonably with smooth appearance, displaying its elegance. QY70KS has a broad working radius, strong lifting performance, and its usage is more convenient, safe and reliable.
1. Advanced lifting boom technology
It applies five-section telescopic boom, optimized U shape cross section, high intensity steel plate, and boom's lifting performance is always in the leading position in the same filed at home. Advanced built-in boom head decreases torsion, side bending, and point contact or line contact between sliding block and boom during hoisting process; plug-in sliding block increases boom's valid lapping length and can prevent part's losing stability phenomenon effectively.
2. Self-developed full-load sensitive technology with smooth operation and fine motion.
The mature use of load sensitive filtering technology can help system get rid of the influence of load pressure change and oil pump flow change, thus realizing users' speed adjusting requirement and providing system reliability. Meanwhile, it can reduce hydraulic system energy consumption and heating, consequently extend system's service life.
3.New hydraulic motor pressure cut-off delay technology ensures no glide of the second hoisting
Pressure cut-off delay function ensures no vibration of critical point; application of pressure cur-off delay technology in the hoist motor extends original parts' service life; main and auxiliary winch balance valve applies world top class imported configuration and interlock has a good performance to strictly avoid gliding.
4. Application of unique structure's swing buffering technology brings smooth operation of swing system without vibration
Valve lever's special design makes an accurate control of flow and pressure running through valve lever and ensures a good degree of linearity of flow and valve lever movement's stroke, thus making movement more smooth and swing movement operation more stable.
5.Exclusive telescoping technology promotes active safety of telescoping system
Boom telescoping control technology that was honored national patent realizes boom automatic extension and retraction control according to required sequence, avoids cylinder bending and boom break caused due to misoperation and improves operation safety. Telescoping cylinder anti-bending technology that was honored national patent prevents core pipe bending and promotes safety of core pipe usage. Telescoping cylinder balance valve spool avoids counter valve spool leakage and cylinder's retraction.
6. Self-developed pilot control system with stable control pressure, and various control functions integrate into one
Compact structure, various control functions integrated. Safe solenoid valve and rope-end limiter solenoid are set, and cutting low pressure oil circuit to realize unloading, safe and reliable. Winch brake opening and control module that was honored national patent ensures a good match of brake opening time and balance valve opening time with smooth movement and fine motion but without vibration.
7. Rubber suspension plus V shape thrust rod
Application of rubber suspension plus V shape thrust rod structure can promote axle's lateral location and solve middle and rear axles' dislocation problem thoroughly. Increase of four shock absorbers makes a better absorbing result of the whole crane and realizes good smooth-going with light dead-weight, maintenance avoided.
8. Load moment limiter which operates digital bus technology has a strong anti-interference ability and low failure rate.
9. System configuration for extremely cold areas
1)Engine system:
Engine oil and water separator adds electric heating function to ensure the smoothness of oil circuit.
2)Liquid heating system:
Make use of heater's heat exchange function to heat engine coolant, fuel oil and hydraulic oil, solving system abnormal work due to water temperature too low, fuel oil wax precipitation and hydraulic oil thickness in cold environment, and improve products' adaptability scope with the lowest temperature arriving at -35℃.
3)Two cabs:
It applies new(with sleeper and frost relieving mouth) type cab's main structure, and improves driving cab's seal and warm wind performance, satisfying users' warming requirements in cold areas. At the same time, it promotes driving cab's sound insulation and noise reduction performance by adding sound insulation cotton, felted wool, asphalt slab and etc, and provides a quiet driving condition for users.
It adds stereoscopic sending wind path and air conditioner's heating power in the driving cab to adapt low temperature requirements in Russian area.
10. It adds ABS anti-lock unit; reserve GPS connector; tire, lamps, glass and etc apply products with E-mark identification to satisfy Russian area's certification requirements.
