QY100KS Truck Crane is a product specially made for Russian area. Based on the classic and mature K series of products of our company, this product can better fulfill special regional requirements with the help of system heating equipments to improve low-temperature adaptability of product, and Euro IV compliant engine to meet the emission standard in Russian area and get Russian GOST and OTTC certificates.
With six-axle chassis adopted, QY100KS truck crane is characterized by its powerful driving force, strong off-road traveling ability, three-axle driving and four-axle steering. An optimized boom with oval cross-section is provided with excellent lifting capacity. With programmable integrated controller available, the control system is accurate and reliable. The application of technique such as self-rigging combined counterweight and variable-position operator’s cab greatly improve the overall performance as well as amenity and convenience of the product.
1. Unique double-longitudinal arm suspension system of rear axle is available, with axles 1, 2, 3 and 6 for steering, axles 3, 5 and 6 for driving. Chassis has features of flexible steering and powerful driving force.
2. Specialized boom of U-type cross section has features of light deadweight, better strength and strong lifting capacity.
3. Advanced built-in boom head, strong structural members and lower sliders with larger area contribute to better stress-bearing capacity and more smooth telescoping movement, and efficiently prevent boom torsion after side loading.
4. Unique self-rigging counterweight system with multi-variants contributes to approximate 420 lifting applications under boom working conditions.
5. Exclusive MATLAB simulation optimized control program and speed staging function contribute to smooth motion, stable control and high efficient operation.
6. Intelligent fault self-diagnosis system is available.
7. Excellent welding technology for structural members. Welding robot with advanced process used for key welding bead make reliable quality products.
8. System configuration for extremely cold areas
1) Engine system:
Electric heating is added to the engine oil water separator so as to guarantee fluent oil flow. An additional heater is fitted to heat engine water via its heat exchange function, so as to increase engine temperature and make the low-temperature adaptability reach -35 ℃.
2) Two cabs:
New type of structure is adopted for driver’s cab, paying great emphasis on heat preservation and heating performance. Parts like heat insulating cloth and sound absorbing cloth are fitted inside the interlayer of driver’s cab, which not only improves warmth retention of driver’s cab but also reduces noise inside the cab and provide users with a quiet driving environment.
Operator’s cab is fitted with an additional stereoscopic air passage and fuel oil heater to boost the power of air conditioner and meet the low-temperature requirements in Russia area.
9. There are also ABS antilock brake system and GPS connector available. Moreover, tires, lamps, and glass etc. are all provided with E-mark identification, meeting the requirements for certification in Russian area.
